Get Five Refills At LG Jordan—Get The Sixth FREE for a Limited Time Only!

grill tank refills north carolinaDid you know you can save a lot of money if you purchase your propane cylinder rather than using one of those propane cylinders exchanges at the convenience store or gas station?
It’s true! LG Jordan makes it affordable and easy to keep your propane cylinders filled. Come right to our office and showroom at 314 North Hughes Street in Apex between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for our propane cylinder refill service.

Money Savings With Refills

The savings that come from refilling your propane cylinder come in a few ways:

  • First, LG Jordan helps you save with our propane cylinder refill offer. If you fill a cylinder with us five times, the sixth refill is FREE!
  • Another way is with the cost of propane. When you refill your own cylinder, the price of the propane is typically far lower than if you use a cylinder exchange. How much lower? You can save up to $1.75 a gallon! If you use propane cylinders on a regular basis or have more than one cylinder, you wind up saving lots of money.
  • Refilling your tank instead of using an exchange has another monetary benefit. You only pay for the propane you use! Here is an example to illustrate our point: Your propane cylinder is running low; there is still some in the tank but not enough for your day’s grilling. If you go to a propane cylinder exchange, you’ve now paid for propane you never used!

But each bit of propane in your tank is yours when you refill it. When you bring your cylinder to LG Jordan for a refill, you keep that propane and only need to buy propane to fill the rest of your cylinder. Over the course of just the summer, this could prevent you from giving away enough propane to fill an entire cylinder on its own!

Recertification Services

Not only can you get your propane cylinders refilled at LG Jordan, but we can also recertify them!
Propane cylinders are certified for 12 years after manufacturing. After that, they need to be inspected and recertified by a propane professional. That recertification is good for an additional five years.
Here’s how to determine if your propane cylinder needs to be recertified. Look at the collar of your propane cylinder for stamped markings. There are several sorts, including ones that indicate your tank’s origin and capacity rating. There will be a date stamped near the valve. That is the month and year that it was made. For example, if the number “6-12” is there, it indicates that your cylinder was manufactured in June of 2012.
Your cylinder will also need to be recertified if it has been more than five years since its last recertification.
Make sure you always have full propane cylinders on-hand. Swing by LG Jordan for a cylinder refill or recertification today!
