What’s the right size grill for your home?

When deciding what size of grill is right for your family, you should always think in terms of primary cooking space. In general, you want to allow 72 sq. in. of cooking space per person. With that in mind:

• A 360 sq. in. grill will work for a household of up to 3 people.
• You’ll want a 400 sq. in. grill for 4 to 5 people.
• You’ll want a grill of about 500 sq. in. for 6 to 7 people.
• If you have more than 7 people to cook for regularly, you should opt for a 600 sq. in. or larger grill.
